Training and Placement Department (T & P) at RNTU, Bhopal is vibrant and strives to place students of all the streams and courses running in the university. The department of T & P is known for extending full-time services to the students by providing proper guidelines to get placed in campus interviews. The T&P is headed by Mr. Abhishek Shroti having 11+ years of Experience in T&P Field. T&P Team strives hard to contact company officials and invite them to visit the University to recruit eligible students. Various training programs are also organized for overall development of all the students. Soft skills, Aptitude and Technical training classes are held regularly so that the students are well prepared to face the company interviews with confidence. The department offers the students a wide variety of information, guidance and support for their future and advises them on their career path and areas of specialization. Interaction with the industry is done on a regular basis as many speakers from well known companies share their expertise with our students. Workshops, Seminars, Industrial Visits and Expert Lectures are regular feature in the University. University-T&P Department also takes initiatives in building relationship with the leading industries in various sectors so that pre employment training can be easily made available to students. T&P is not only work for placing students to various companies but we also ensure their overall growth. The University also has in-house training experts to train the students in Aptitude, Reasoning, Spoken English, Group Discussion, Technical and HR Interview Skills. The faculty members of University from varied streams are conducting in-house pre-placement company specific training programmes consists of written test and personal interviews. The University conducts rigorous Pre-Placement Training Programmes for students of Engineering & Technology, Management, Computer Science & IT, Commerce, Arts, Science, Education, Law and Agriculture to make them Industry-ready throughout the academic year. T&P, RNTU, Bhopal has excellent track records in placements till date where so many nationals, multinational companies visited us for campus placement and interviews. The University T&P Cell also having excellent record in placing our students for summer/winter inter nships and vocational training with Multinationals and National Companies of India.
